About the Film

Cinema City: A Glaswegian Symphony is an urban vignette that explores Glasgow’s cinematic heritage. Through images of its picture palace architecture, it presents a nostalgic composition that examines cinema going of both the past and present. Engaging with the city’s filmic legacy it invites a second glance at these often-overlooked buildings.
